On the day of departure, the room is available until 12:00. On the day of arrival, the room is ready for you from 03:00 pm.
The possibility to book a late check out, we are happy to meet your availability. Talk to us immediately.
Our shuttle will take you to the hotel every Friday and Saturday from 09:15 pm - 00:15 am from Finkenwerder to our hotel.
The parking fee is 2.00 Euro per hour | the first two hours are free. Your car is on the weekend, arrival Friday to max. Departure Monday free of charge from our hotel car park. From arrival Monday to max. Departure Friday costs a parking 11,00 Euro, per night. You have an electric car? Talk to us, a recharge option is available.
You can order your wake-up call comfortably under the extension - 730.

Your housekeeping

Our housekeeping team is on duty between 09:00 and 05:30 pm. We are happy to clean your room at your desired time (extension - 730). Bathrobes, umbrellas, irons, ironing boards and electric kettles can be ordered at reception. Our laundry service is available from Monday to Friday and Saturday at extra charge.
Leave a green footprint in Hamburg! You refrain from daily housekeeping and we thank you as a representative of the environment with a drink of your choice in our Fusion Bar. For information, please contact the reception.

Your wellness area

Our fitness area on the 6th floor is open for free at all times. Our sauna is open from 05:00 - 10:00 pm / 7 days a week.
A day ticket is available for 9.00 EUR per person / day. You would like to have a sauna before 5 pm? Feel free to contact us anytime. Please contact the reception or the concierge for an access card.

Wi-Fi

To use the Wi-Fi, first open your browser, then you have two options: You connect to the ticket number that you receive at the reception, to the Internet or you connect by entering your name, the room number and the departure date with the Internet.
For a faster connection, choose the streaming package for 3,00 Euro.

Your four-legged family members are also welcome to us. The rooms for our pet guests are located only on the 1st and 2nd floor. 17 Euro per day are charged, including a blanket, a bowl and a welcome treat.

Children

Our guests of the future, as the saying goes. In the restaurant, a selection of delicious children's meals awaits our "Young Generation" and the reception team has some surprise for the little ones. If you are bored despite the great view, the concierge offers many kid-friendly excursion tips.
